Each employee gets a secure login to their personal portal. They can view all past pay stubs, download W-2s and 1099s, check their YTD earnings, see upcoming pay dates, and manage direct deposit details — no HR involvement needed.
W-2s are generated automatically and made available in the employee portal by January 31 each year — well ahead of the filing deadline. Employees are notified by email when their W-2 is ready to download.
On Full Service and Enterprise plans, you can upload your logo, set your brand colors, and configure a custom domain (e.g. payroll.yourcompany.com). Your employees and clients see only your branding — PaycheckHQ is never visible to them.
